Practical support

How Morgan Compliance Group can help

We begin by confirming why Constructionline is required, the membership level requested and any tender or customer deadline.

We then review the relevant company information, insurance evidence, health and safety arrangements, competence records and other applicable management-system evidence.

Gaps are explained clearly and agreed documents are prepared to reflect how the business genuinely operates.

Where information must come from an accountant, insurer or other third party, this is identified separately.

Our consultancy supports, but does not replace, your legal health and safety duties. Advice is given within the agreed scope and relies on accurate information from you. Accreditation and certification decisions are made independently by the relevant bodies. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Frequently asked questions

Which Constructionline membership level do we need?

Constructionline currently offers an entry-level Associate option together with verified Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships. The correct level depends on the requirement stated by your customer, framework or tender. We can help interpret the stated requirement, but the final membership selection and acceptance criteria remain with the organisation requesting it and Constructionline.

What is the difference between Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum?

Each level covers different verification requirements. Bronze and Silver cover progressively broader supplier information, while Gold is aligned with the desktop level of the Common Assessment Standard. Platinum includes the Gold requirements together with the site-based assessment level and an on-site audit. Exact package requirements should be confirmed against the current Constructionline criteria.

What is the Common Assessment Standard?

The Common Assessment Standard is an industry-agreed prequalification question set developed for the construction sector. It covers areas including identity, financial standing, insurance, health and safety, environmental management, quality, equality, corporate responsibility and building safety where applicable. Constructionline Gold and Platinum are currently aligned with the relevant Common Assessment Standard assessment levels.

Is Acclaim still part of Constructionline?

Acclaim SSIP has been renamed Once For All Health & Safety SSIP. Constructionline currently includes Once For All Health & Safety SSIP within its verified Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships. Existing third-party SSIP certification may also be recognised through the applicable Constructionline process.

What evidence is normally required?

The evidence depends on the membership level, business activities and customer requirement. It may include company and financial information, insurance documents, health and safety arrangements, competence records, quality and environmental controls, equality information, social value evidence and records showing that the arrangements are implemented.

Can you help with renewals, upgrades or assessor queries?

Yes. We can review changes since the previous submission, identify expired or missing evidence and help prepare for a renewal, membership upgrade or response to an additional information request.

Can you guarantee approval or confirm how long assessment will take?

No. Constructionline and Once For All control their assessment decisions and timescales. Consultancy preparation time depends on the membership level, deadline and condition of the available evidence. We confirm the likely consultancy scope and timetable after the initial review.
